Extended Back-to-School Vaccine Clinics

Back to school means time to get children up to date on required and recommended vaccines. Keeping children up to date on vaccinations is the best way to maintain their health and minimize unnecessary absences from school.

Extended vaccination clinic hours are available beginning Aug. 11 through Oct. 3, providing ample opportunities for you to secure an appointment. Schedule early to avoid long lines on exclusion day to have a peace of mind knowing your child is ready for school.

Call 704-296-4423 to schedule your child’s required vaccinations. Bring insurance information if available.

Exclusion Day Walk-In Clinic | Sept. 22, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Parents, get your child’s required NC vaccines up to date in order to return to school.

Parents have 30 calendar days from their child's first day of school to provide this information. On the 31st day, students without a complete immunization record and/or HA on file will be excluded until it is received. Please ensure all records are submitted on or before this date to avoid your student being excluded from school.
