Early Childhood Care Management

Care management is available for children ages 0-5 years who have chronic medical conditions, special needs or are dealing with challenging levels of stress.

For more information about this program, visit the Early Childhood Care Management webpage.

Screen Time vs. Lean Time

Let’s get ready to unplug!

Time in front of a screen is time kids aren't active. Children are spending anywhere between 6-9 hours a day in front of a screen using entertainment media. Visit screenfree.org for 101 screen-free activities.

Immunizations

All childhood vaccinations will be offered at well child visits as per the CDC's recommended immunization schedules and the North Carolina Public School requirements.

For more information regarding the immunizations available in our facility, visit the Immunization Clinic webpage.
