Facilities and Fleet Maintenance creates, installs and repairs most street name signs throughout Union County. To report a damaged or missing street name sign at a Union County intersection, please complete this form.

Please note that some street name signs are managed by a homeowner's association (HOA) or other private entities.  Are you unsure if a property is in the town limits? Click here to enter any Union County address and verify if the address is inside a city or town, and if so, which one.

City of Monroe: Damaged or missing street name signs within the City limits of Monroe should be reported to their Engineering Street Division by filling out a public issue form.

Town of Stallings: Damaged or missing street name signs within the town limits of Stallings should be reported to kparker@stallingsnc.org. 

Traffic Signals & Other Roadway Signs

For traffic signals and all other roadway signs - such as stop signs, yield signs, speed limit signs, or other signage appearing along the roadway - please contact the N.C. Department of Transportation.
