Nara Organics is voluntarily recalling all lots of its Powdered Infant Formula due to potential Clostridium botulinum contamination. The formula was sold nationwide at Target stores and online and may pose a serious health risk to infants.

Union County Environmental Health endeavors to promote and protect public health and preserve the environment by conducting activities to prevent disease, educate the public, establish partnerships and enforce regulations.
About Us
Environmental Health includes programs administered pursuant to Chapters 130A and 87-97 of the General Statutes of North Carolina. The Division is also responsible for the enforcement of the Union County Ordinance for Solid Waste Management, Mass Gathering Ordinance and Public Health Regulations for Irrigation Wells in Union County.
