Community Partner Grants 

Union County utilizes Community Partner Grant (CPG) funds as an opportunity to partner with local nonprofit organizations to deliver services that align to the County’s strategic objectives.

Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Update

For FY 2027, existing Community Partners will receive the same funding levels as received for FY 2026.

The Board of County Commissioners will be reviewing the Community Partners Grant Program over the coming months. As part of this review, the Board may adjust elements of the program in advance of the FY 2028 grant cycle, including (but not limited to):

• The overall level of funding
• The number of years funding may be awarded to a recipient
• Other program guidelines and requirements

Any updates and program changes will be communicated in advance for FY 2028 planning.
