Public Notice: Special Meeting of the Union County Board of Commissioners - January 11, 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Union County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Board Room, located on the first floor of the Union County Government Center, 500 North Main Street, Monroe, NC 28112, for the purpose of receiving, deliberating, or taking action on information about the Union County Public Works capital improvement plan for upgrading and maintaining the existing water and sewer infrastructure for Fiscal Year 2022 and future planning years. Topics planned for discussion include without limitation the water capital improvement program, waste water capital improvement program, and the replacement and renewal capital improvement program. In addition, information will be provided on the growth of the demand for water and sewer service in Union County Public Works' defined service area. Other topics may be considered as permitted by applicable law.

The Board may take such actions related to these matters as the Board deems appropriate, and as pe1mitted by applicable law.
