Community Partner Grants

Union County utilizes Community Partner Grant (CPG) funds as an opportunity to partner with local nonprofit organizations to deliver services that align to the County’s strategic objectives. The CPG application will be available until Friday, January 15, 2021. The grant award funding period is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Funding is not guaranteed. Please review the application for Eligibility Information.

FY 2022 Application Process

Please complete the two components to this application (PDF and Excel) to be considered for Community Partner Grant funding from Union County. Prior to completing the application, save the document as a PDF file to your computer in order to save changes as the document is being completed. Both forms must be submitted in person or via email to Budget Analyst, Adrienne Rorie, by January 15, 2021.
