Post Date:07/09/2026 8:20 AMNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that on Monday, July 20, 2026, the Union County Board of Commissioners plans to consider adoption of a resolution declaring surplus and donating a 2014 Ford F150, identified by Union County Vehicle Number 55-14, to New Salem Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
The County Manager will be authorized to donate the subject property without monetary consideration in accordance with G.S. § 160A-280.
