A Healthier You is a comprehensive program through the Cooperative Extension that teaches adults about preventable chronic diseases through nutrition and movement. Each session includes a brief physical activity break, a recipe demonstration, goal setting and helpful nutrition strategies. The program consists of 8 1-hour sessions. The first two sessions will be held Monday, January 12 and Monday, February 9 at 5:30 p.m. at the Edwards Memorial Library. Save your spot today!
