  • Regularly scheduled meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. with the exception of July and December.

The Consolidated Human Services Board (CHSB) members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The CHSB serves as the policy-making, rule-making and administrative board of the consolidated human services agency.

Join Union County Social Services to learn more about becoming a licensed foster parent* and providing a safe, welcoming home for children in need. There are currently 160 children experiencing foster care in Union County and currently only 40 licensed foster homes.

Join a virtual information session to explore next steps if you are interested in opening your heart and home.
