Posted on 04/04/16

April 4, 2016, Monroe, NC – The Union County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services Bureau, Union County Division of Public Health, and Dr. Brent Glenn, DVM, will provide low-cost rabies clinics in April and May throughout Union County.

N.C. state law requires the owner of every dog, cat and ferret more than four months of age to be vaccinated against rabies.

Rabies vaccine costs will be $10 cash for each animal vaccinated. Distemper/Parvo (DHHP), Bordetella, and Feline Distemper (FVRCP) vaccines will also be available for $14 cash each.
