Posted on March 11, 2015

March 11, 2015, Marshville, N.C. – Are you making the most of your tablet or eReader? Did you know you could be downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks for FREE from your local library?

Come to the Edwards Memorial Library at 414 Hasty Street in Marshville on Tuesday, April 7 from 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. to learn how to access thousands of titles through Overdrive, Union County Public Library’s online platform for digital content. You can access the books using your tablet, eReader or even your desktop computer. We’ll take a look at titles for adults, kids and teens, including the Kids eReading Room with a kid-friendly interface.

All you need to bring is your device, your library card and your PIN number. If you’re not certain of your PIN number, call the library or stop by the circulation desk prior to the class. Registration is required. Call 704-624-2828.

You can find this and other program information in Beyond Books, Union County Public Library’s monthly program guide, available at any of our locations or on our website at
