August 18, 2015, Monroe, NC – Union County will hold an electronic surplus equipment auction at www.govdeals.com beginning Wednesday, Aug. 19 at 9 a.m. and ending on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Equipment purchased must be picked up at 610 Patton Ave. in Monroe. Here are the terms of sale:
Sale to the highest bidder with all sales final.
All items sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranty, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the item.
Purchasers must remove equipment within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
Payment must be made online through the online auction website. Payment in full is due not later than five business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment will not be accepted on site.
